Soak your plant thoroughly

Plants thrive when they get a really good soaking until water drips out the base. Otherwise, how will you know that every root has had a drink?
Relax for at least 5-10 minutes while it drains. There's no rush, just suit your schedule. Re-use it on another plant or leave it there for the next watering session if you like! See our User Guide here for more tips.
PerkyPod is 40cm wide, 42cm tall and weighs roughly 4kg. It suits large plants potted directly into it, and small to medium plants kept in their nursery pots of up to 30cm diameter.

As a start-up business, we have begun with a 40cm wide size that is most popular for statement houseplants. This size is also probably a bit too heavy for you to want to carry around so you can get the most out of PerkyPod's stress-free, puddle saving, patent pending functionality.
PerkyPod is made of UV-stabilised ASA resin for superior indoors/outdoors durability and won't discolour.
When used indoors, PerkyPod saves the hassle of water running all over your floors. No more rotting floor boards, mouldy carpet and slippery drips. Watering in situ saves you from filling your shower, sink or lawn with your leafy friends. Save your back and your mental load.
When used outdoors, PerkyPod prevents dirty leaks all over your patio, balcony or into your pool! And say goodbye to unsightly limescale stains on your floors and pot saucers too.
Wait at least 5-10 min for the water to finish draining into the catchment drawer. When you have time in your schedule, empty the drawer.
Recycle the water onto other plants (especially handy to avoid fertiliser wastage) or tip it in your garden. Or, you can leave the water in the drawer for the next plant chore session. It’s up to you!

I've been growing indoor plants for a while now, and my PerkyPod has easily become one of my favorite pots. It has a clean, modern design that fits beautifully with the rest of my space, but more importantly — it actually helps keep my plants healthy. I have never had a healthier looking Fiddle leaf fig!
The drainage is spot-on, there are no leaks when I water, and my roots aren’t sitting in soggy soil. It’s clear that clever thought went into the design, not just the aesthetics.

I need exam option to help me keep my green babies alive in a new house (with very different indoor and outdoor lighting and space) when keeping my 3 human babies alive is exhausting enough. This pot was delivered quickly and well-packaged. It was easy to use and transferred plants into. Given this pot is on an outdoor covered balcony that *can* receive significant rain during windy storms, I loved the overflow compartment that kept it safe from drowning/soggy roots. But my absolute favourite feature is the wheels to move it SO EASILY. My back injury need not worry, this heavy, filled pot now smoothly glides from one spot to the next as needed. I lived the first so much a bought a second Perky Pod for a sister plant right next to the first. Once our renovations are done (and lighting issues are sorted), I’ll be getting another for our living space. I love my Perky Pods! Highly recommend!
We have used the pot for our frangipani - they require well drained soil and don’t appreciate sitting in water, as their roots rot. So, we now have a happy, thriving frangipani - so we are very happy!
